SSEC Data Center - Scheduled Power Outage Tomorrow 3/16

With luck this will not impact training, but it will likely have an effect on 
Unidata users trying to get data from here...

There is a scheduled power outage in the Data Center tomorrow, March 16,
 starting at 1400UTC.

This power outage "should" have no affect on our servers, products, or
access to the Data Center.

The outage is expected to last 1 - 2 hours.
