SSEC Data Center - Scheduled Power Outage Tomorrow 3/16

There is a scheduled power outage in the Data Center tomorrow, March 16,
 starting at 1400UTC.

This power outage "should" have no affect on our servers, products, or
access to the Data Center.

The outage is expected to last 1 - 2 hours.
