IDD sites feeding from atm.geo.nsf.gov:

The top level IDD relay node atm.geo.nsf.gov has been inaccessible
since 22:10Z.  We are unable to contact any machines at the NSF/ATM
offices, so it appears that they took a significant network or power
hit.

Sites feeding from atm should failover to their alternate feed sites,
or, if their alternate feed site gets their data from atm, they should
failover to idd.unidata.ucar.edu.

We will let you know when atm has returned to service.
