20041222: problems with atm.geo.nsf.gov

Hi Jonathan,


I suspect this is now the problem you are experiencing...we were
experiencing a bad router at atm from the 19th to the 21st, but this is
new and unique to that situation.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

I suspect the situation to stabilize this afternoon, may see a brief
hiccup tomorrow am, and then hopefully smooth sailing :)
