20041115:atm -> bgsu feed

Hey Patrick,

atm is up now, and appears stable...fail back when convenient.

I see a bad clock..but it appears to be an internal machine, and not
feeding our community, so....cie la vie.

Is there something else there I should be "seeing" :)
