IDD: UIUC connectivity intermittent

UIUC's network connectivity has been really wonky the past few hours. It comes and goes. The campus networking people have been trying to nail down a bug with their routers, but so far the problem persists.
So, if you need any important data today, you might want to feed from your backups as needed.
