The reason I ask, is that I assumed that it would have 'ku.edu' or 'ukan.edu' or something similar in it. Since I don't see real time statistics from any machine that has a name that looks like it is from the University of Kansas, I assume that you are either not reporting real time statistics (by not trying to run 'rtstats' or by 'rtstats' having exited without causing the LDM to be brought down), or your LDM is not running. Can let me know the name of your LDM machine and do the following on it: <login as 'ldm'> - check to see if the LDM is running: ps -u ldm - if the LDM is apparently running, check to see if 'rtsats' is runnning (look through the listing from 'ps -u ldm' and see if it is among the processes) - if the LDM is not running, it should be started. If it seems to be running, but 'rtstats' is not running, I recommend stopping and restarting it: ldmadmin stop ldmadmin start If the LDM terminated or is in an inconsistent state, you may be forced to delete and remake your LDM queue: ldmadmin stop ldmadmin delqueue ldmadmin mkqueue -f ldmadmin start Cheers, Tom -- NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
