In restricting access by downstream LDM-s based on feedtype, the upstream LDM searches the ALLOW entries in the LDM configuration-file. The controlling entry will be the FIRST entry whose ERE matches the downstream hostname or IP address AND whose feedtype intersection (i.e., bitwise AND) is non-empty. At least, that's what the code says.
