20040401:Request authorization at the upstream LDM

Patrick and Marek,

ALTERNATE is the semantic we use, you could also put them BOTH as PRIMARY.

Patrick,

Your allows look AOK.

Marek,

an ldmadmin stop  &&  ldmadmin start is needed for the changes to take
place in your conf files..
