Technical Information Regarding Outage

At about 8:30 this morning a failure occurred on the main UPS input
panel for the SCD computer room. Because of this failure all
equipment housed in the SCD computer room lost electical power.

At this time, internet access, local telephone and e-mail services
have been restored. Long distance services are still unavailable
at this time.

Some additional SCD services may experience intermittent outages
as they are restored.
