Not great, but we are spanning the globe..:)..and no packet loss.
Have you installed the LDM software on your machine yet?
If not please go to:
http://my.unidata.ucar.edu/content/software/ldm/ldm-6.0.14/index.html
and follow the download and install instructions...please get the latest
version..LDM 6.0.14..it is only available as source code, and will need to
be compiled locally.
I would suggest the HDS feed, it is the model output from NCEP so it is
full of a wide range of parameters and is bursty during the model run
times..generally every six hours.
Let me know how your LDM install proceeds and when you are ready to
ingest.
