Tony, The 1km GOES-WEST imagery is provided in the NIMAGE feed (eg channel 1 of NOAAPORT). I'll ask Jeff to set you up with a feed request. GEMPAK can display this GINI data. See the NIMAGE pattern/action example in the $NAWIPS/ldm/etc/templates/pqact.gempak_images file.
