20031004: LDM-6.0.14 and access to oswego's server (cont.)

Hi Bob,

I logged on to met-62 this morning and upgraded your LDM to the latest
release, LDM-6.0.14.  While there, I upgraded your ldm-mcidas decoders
to the latest relase, ldm-mcidas-2003.  I stayed logged until I saw
a Unidata-Wisconsin image arrive and get decoded correctly.

Things seem to be working OK.  Please let me know if you see anything
amiss on met-62.
