Yup.  Please use seistan.srcc.lsu.edu as your primary feed site and
rainbow.al.noaa.gov as your alternate.

The announcement from Tom Aratari of UMich caught us all by suprise.
We blasted off an email to him requesting some more details, but
we havn't had a reply yet.
