20030730: Duplicate NEXRAD products

Daryl,

These are not duplicate products since the checksum differs.
They were both boradcast in NOAAPORT. See the Radar Free text messages
for exmplanation:

NOUS61 KBOX 301311
FTMBOX
Message Date: Jul 30 2003 13:11:24

A modification to the KBOX RPG may result with some minor communication
disruptions today, 07/30/2003 between the hours of 13:15Z and 19:00Z

The first product is most likely corrupt.
