I am going to place an allow for "chisel" on:
atm.geo.nsf.gov
This is a machine under our control and a full NOAAPORT ingest system.
This will allow you all feeds...CONDUIT is a special situation as is
CRAFT, and of course NLDN, GEM and NOGAPS output.
I will correct info re iita..
