>From: "Kevin Polston" <address@hidden> >Organization: NOAA >Keywords: 200306252115.h5PLFhLd029706 IDD rtstats Hi Kevin, We have been asking all sites participating in the IDD and running LDM-6 to report real time statistics back to us. Without these statistics, we can not effectively come up with a tuned network topology for relaying data, and, therefore, we are not able to help folks investigate their data reception problems. So, I am again asking you to make the small change to your ~ldm/ldmd.conf file that will report the real time statistcs and then stop and restart your LDM: <login as 'ldm'> cd ~ldm/etc -- edit ldmd.conf and add the exec line that reports real time statistics back to us: exec "rtstats -h rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu>" This should be the last 'exec' line in the set of 'exec' lines at the top of the file. After adding the line above, you need to stop and restart your LDM: ldmadmin stop -- wait for the LDM to completely stop -- ldmadmin start We would appreciate it if you could make this change as soon as possible (like today sometime). Thanks for your help in this. Tom
