Ga tech is already running an LDM...well I take that back, they WERE
running an ldm on:

louisxiv.eas.gatech.edu

We only deliver to one site per campus to eliminate redundant bandwidth
consumption, and then have that site "feed" all others interested on their
campus.

If louisxiv.eas.gatech.edu is dead, we may want to explore having you be
the site for Ga Tech..

Lets see if we get any response from Jim...
