Hi Art, NOGAPS is point to point from FNMOC. Phil Sharfstein is the contact, and I am cc'ing him on this message. Phil, I hope you can accomodate this request. He will place an allow for you barring any issues or difficulties ;) Usually this will be from: usgodae3.fnmoc.navy.mil but Phil can confirm this... and Art's machine is: ldm.meteo.psu.edu and I suspect that is where he will desire to ingest NOGAPS..
