20030226:Stop feeding from desi/noaaport

Hi Celia, 

I sent you a note a few weeks back asking to cease all feeds from
desi/noaaport..

PLease feed from thelma.ucar.edu

The feedtype still feeding from desi appears to be the NNEXRAD..

Desi will no longer be feeding sites, so change over or start dropping
data..
