20030107: FNEXRAD downtime delayed until January 8

LDM-users, 

Users of FNEXRAD products originating from motherlode.ucar.edu:

Hardware work originally scheduled for 16:00 MST today, January 7, has
been rescheduled for 12:00 MST (19 UTC) on Wednesday, January 8.

The IDD FNEXRAD datastream will be interrupted for about one hour.
This includes floater NIDS, and composite NEXRAD products created by
the UPC.

Other users of motherlode.ucar.edu (aka adde.ucar.edu, dods.ucar.edu)
for ADDE, DODS, THREDDS and web services should also expect
interruptions.

        start:  08 Jan 2003 @ 1200 hours MST
        end:    1 hour later

        replace failing RAID cache batteries
