20020913 SJSU Latency

HI Mike, 

I am thinking of moving your request for HDS from aeolus to
motherlode...any concerns?.. any input from sysadmin folks re
packetshaper?

I will watch the HDS feed a bit more and then will move over to mother if
I do not hear from you.
