20020905: thelma back up but no WMO data

Hi Harry,

Thelma was unavailable for a short period of time (but not as short
as we had hoped).

I am feeding DDPLIS|IDS, HDS, etc. from thelma on a machine at NSF/ATM
with no problems.  Can you check again to see if you are not receiving
data?

I am now - but for awhile all I got was FNEXRAD.
