HI Mike, 

Yes, that is true.

The GEM is being sent point to point from Environment Canada, and we
establish the contact for you. It may be after the Fourth of July weekend
before we can implement this since many people, including myself, are on
holiday :)

I will get the ball rolling and be in contact with you.
