Hi there, Mike,

aeolus is denying your connection because something is out of whack with
the DNS server at your site.  For security reasons, the LDM wants to do
both a forward and reverse lookup.  But with sirrocco, this is what we
get:

        aeolus.ucsd.edu> nslookup sirocco.nmm.nrlmry.navy.mil
        Server:   ns2.ucsd.edu
        Address:  132.239.1.52

        Non-authoritative answer:
        Name:    sirocco.nmm.nrlmry.navy.mil
        Address:  199.9.0.109

        aeolus.ucsd.edu> nslookup 199.9.0.109

I have put sirocco.nmm.nrlmry.navy.mil and the address 199.9.0.109 in
aeolus' /etc/host file, so even with the DNS problem I think you should
be able to connect now.  Please give it a try.  But, you may also want
to get your addresses straightened out on your end.
