Hi Mike, We do not distribute GEMPAK products (per se), that would be a decoding action via your pqact.conf file in your LDM. Granted most prods can be translated to be viewed via GEMPAK or NTL-Garp, but what actual products do you think you will be using? i.e. sat, radar, text prods (us/Int'l). Not all of our sites carry all the products, so it helps to know what data you will desire to use in your research or training. Most sites go with the standard UNIDATA feed which is comprised of feedtypes 0,1,2,3, & 5.... http://unidata.ucar.edu/packages/ldm/feedtypes/index.html Thank you, -Jeff ____________________________ _____________________ Jeff Weber address@hidden Unidata Support PH:303-497-8676 NWS-COMET Case Study Library FX:303-497-8690 University Corp for Atmospheric Research 3300 Mitchell Ln http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/staff/jweber Boulder,Co 80307-3000 ________________________________________ ______________________ On Wed, 29 Aug 2001, Archick, Michael (InfoServ) wrote: > The products that I will be using are GEMPAK ( GARP , ntl , etc... ) > > I would like any feeds that would make these products available. > > Please advise. > > I'm having that ip allowed access to that machine. > > The only other system I have configured to get data from is 192.62.130.2 ( > *.wso files ) > > > > Mike > > -----Original Message----- > From: Jeff Weber [mailto:address@hidden] > Sent: Wednesday, August 29, 2001 12:11 PM > To: address@hidden > Cc: address@hidden > Subject: Re: 20010829: Unidata IDD connection request > > > Hi Mike, > > Welcome Aboard! > > Before we determine a feed and failover site, it is helpful to know what > data products you will be interested in getting.
