The last I knew, Jimmy and the network administrator were looking into
if/why the Costa Rica net was slow.

As far as I know, yes.

I would send a note to Jimmy and have him switch back to thelma.  This
should not be a huge deal given that switching him to a feed from
motherlode really didn't help him out significantly.
