20010713: allow for atmos.uprm.edu for NNEXRAD needed (cont.)

No problem.  There still seems to be a problem requesting data from
atmos.uprm.edu to pluto.met.fsu.edu, however.  The following snippits
are from the LDM log file, ldmd.log, right after a restart and from
a notifyme for NNEXRAD data:

This seems to indicate that either the allow for Puerto Rico is incorrect
(atmos.uprm.edu) or that the LDM on pluto was not restarted.  Can you
recheck the allow you entered for UPRM and then stop and then restart
your LDM?  Thanks for your help!
