Robb,

We should have the WSI data archived on the MSS but I don't have a procedure
to access the data.  I can get the MSS path for David to access the missing 
data - if we have them on the MSS.  Which nexrad, the USRAD or USRAD15, does
David need? I think we have all the nids data archived under one tar file
anyway.
