Okay, the problem's been found. I inserted a new ldm machine in between
motherlode and navier last week in preparation for a server change and it
looks like an ldm quirk prevented us from getting NMC2 data (ANY and
OR'ing feed types didn't work... had to specify request lines matching
allow lines on motherlode). So the data's flowing now... sorry for the
false alarm.
