Art,
RECLASS messages mean that the time is changed or the feedtype
requested/allowed is changed for the server or client. In your case it's
means your request is being changed to DIFAX|FNEXRAD|FSL2|UNIDATA instead
of your request DIFAX|FNEXRAD|FSL2|UNIDATA|NMC2|SPARE. I would suggest
splitting your request into 2 lines, ie
request DIFAX|FNEXRAD|FSL2|UNIDATA ".*" motherlode....
request NMC2|SPARE ".*" 128.117.13.119
