DIFAX Feed

Hi Bill, 

Are you requesting DIFAX from motherlode and making it available
downstream?

I do not think pluto.met.fsu.edu is getting the data and some sites
feeding from them would like to receive it. The issue may be at pluto if
they are not requesting DIFAX or ANY to catch the DIFAX feed type.

Are "ALLOWS" in place for pluto to get DIFAX?
