Pete, I'll pass you topology request on to Jeff. The 10km RCM mosaic is a GRIB product with the header HAXA00 KWBC. I included a $GEMTBL/config/datatype.tbl entry for this product as RCMG (radar coded message grid) as well as $NMAP_RESTORE/radar/rcm/reflectivity for gdplot2/nmap plotting of the product.
