Yes, absolutely.

This question has not been raised.  I would imagine that Millersville
will continue as they have incorporated the process into their
classes.  COD, on the other hand, is an unknown, but I'll bet that Paul
will agree to act as the backup NIDS floater selection site.

I'll be in sometime around lunch.  I have to get a haircut this morning
and then get some exercise.
