Hi,

I have just completed the addition of several new capabilities for
the Reanalysis II Ncl-based LAServer:

1) Time dimension has been added, allowing access to all the available
timesteps. Note, however, that you can currently access only single
timesteps: i.e. you cannot span the time dimensions with, for example,
a lat or lon by time plot. This will require spanning files using ncl
list operations and will be implemented as soon as possible.

2)XY,XZ, and YZ plots are supported, but line plots are not yet.

3)Subsections using the map applet are now possible.

4)Netcdf output with subsectioning is implemented. There should be
no restrictions on the dimensionality of subsections for netcdf output
other than the lack of support for spanning the time dimension. Single
element dimensions are preserved in the output. I have added some global
attributes to the output just as proof of concept, but would appreciate
advice on how best to standardize their names and content.

5)All LAS interface options are still ignored.

Please let any other interested parties know of these changes and
let me know of any problems you encounter.
