Say, I have a question.

Here at NIU, you can monitor how saturated our network connections are
(http://www.noc.niu.edu, if you feed from me, are behind in getting data,
and want to see if we're the problem). How many of you are actually seeing
near 100% saturation from time to time on your network lines? Just
curious. I'm trying to see if many of the delays we see are due to network
congestion, or saturation at the LDM site location.
