Subject: IDD downstream change

Harry,

Sometime in the next 3-4 weeks we plan to shift our IDD node from 
norte.sfsu.edu to enso.sfsu.edu (130.212.21.10), so we'd be grateful if you 
could put a new ALLOW entry in your ldmd.conf file.  norte will function as our 
emergency backup.
