Hi Petr,

Back to a failover site for Montana...

Would you please to a traceroute to 

chinook.unl.edu

Clint maintains his LDM quite nicely and it is out of the Washington
Oregon loop, so would provide true back-up.

Please attach your results from the traceroute and we can proceed from
there.
