As a direct result of FNMOC's involvement in the Global Ocean Data Assimilation Experiment (GODAE) and the Cooperative Opportunity for NCEP Data Using Internet Data Distribution Technology (CONDUIT) program, NOGAPS model output is being distributed using Unidata Local Data Manager (LDM) software. You can now use LDM to obtain a real-time feed of NOGAPS fields from the USGODAE Monterey Data Server at FNMOC. The data feed consists of a complete set of NOGAPS upper-air and surface forcing fields, and amounts to about 300 MB of data per day. More information about the NOGAPS data feed can be found at: http://usgodae3.fnmoc.navy.mil/ldm/aboutnogaps.html ___________________________ LCDR David Dimitriou Fleet Numerical Meteorological and Oceanography Center address@hidden Linda Miller - address@hidden External Liaison, Unidata University Corporation for Atmospheric Research P.O.
