If however, your upstream only is requesting the new format from it's upstream, that's all it will have so you'll never see the LWTOA3 format files. It is definitely possible that your upstream is doing just that; I've got one site I'm feeding that is requesting only the pnga2area format: Sep 02 06:56:57 5Q:sunset cirrus[890]: Connection from cirrus.lsc.vsc.edu Sep 02 06:56:57 5Q:sunset cirrus(feed)[890]: Starting Up: 20000902054744.399 TS_ENDT {{MCIDAS, "^pnga2area Q[01]"}} Sep 02 06:56:57 5Q:sunset cirrus(feed)[890]: topo: cirrus.lsc.vsc.edu MCIDAS If you'd like to use UW-Madison AOS (sunset.meteor.wisc.edu) as a feed for old format McIDAS data until Sept 15th you're welcome to. Just let me know what host to add to my allow list.
