:FOUS21 and FOUS23

Chris,

FOUS23 appeared at 5Z today (and duplicate rebroadcast at 7Z) today 
Aug 15. for the 00Z AVN run. I do not see any FOUS21 files for the 00Z
run today in the nwstg broadcast logs.

FOUS23 also appeared at 18Z yesterday for the 12Z AVN run on the 14th.

The last FOUS21 bulletin I see on the NWSTG broadcast was at 1651Z Aug 13.
