Art, Brian would like to "test" his I2 connection. seeing as you are an I2 participant and topologically close, I was hoping you would be gracious enough to allow a UNIDATA feed to Brian at SUNY Stony Brook. This is NOT a permanent situation, but if it works well for him and does not impose on your bandwidth we may explore it more in the future. Please cc me on any correspondence so I can maintain records here.. Brians machine name is: cyclone.msrc.sunysb.edu Thank you for your consideration, -Jeff ____________________________ _____________________ Jeff Weber address@hidden Unidata Support PH:303-497-8676 NWS-COMET Case Study Library FX:303-497-8690 University Corp for Atmospheric Research 3300 Mitchell Ln http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/staff/jweber Boulder,Co 80307-3000 ________________________________________ ______________________ On Tue, 25 Jul 2000, Unidata Support wrote: > > ------- Forwarded Message > > >To: address@hidden > >From: Brian Colle <address@hidden> > >Subject: internet2 feed > >Organization: UCAR/Unidata > >Keywords: 200007252307.e6PN7qT28887 > > > Hi, > > Our LDM machine "cyclone.msrc.sunysb.edu" at Stony Brook will be tested on > the internet2 (vbns) network starting next month, therefore we need > an upstream site that is also on this network.
