This has caused an interruption in the satellite delivery of Domestic Plus Service, the International Data Service, the High Resolution Service, FAA604 service, Satellite Imagery Service and Lightning Data Service. We are working on restoral of the circuit but currently do not have an estimate as to when the circuit will be returned to an operational status. When the circuit is restored, you will automatically begin to receive data again, no further action on your part should be necessary. Regards, Alden Customer Service -----Original Message----- From: Mudrick, Stephen E. [mailto:address@hidden] Sent: Monday, July 24, 2000 11:17 AM To: 'address@hidden' Subject: The prolonged ku band DIFAX outage Dear Alden: I'm sure you've been having problems these last six days, but I'm also sure that your ku band customers would appreciate some feedback on this problem and periodic progress reports. Apparently some people have been receiving it, e.g. Plymouth State College, Plymouth, NH, but many others are not. Could you send us customers some report on the extent of the outage, what the problem is, what progress you are making, etc.? This would be appreciated. Thank you. Stephen Mudrick address@hidden
