ldm feed request

James Brown at Michigan State would like to feed from you _only_ as a
failover site. They currently feed from sunset at Wisconsin and it has
been reliable, they would just like to have a reliable failover feed as
well.

I suppose they are looking for an allow UNIDATA

for there feed type, they currently receive DDPLUS|IDS|HDS|MCIDAS....
I believe, correct me if I am wrong here James.

Please copy me on future correspondence so I can accurately maintain the
records.
