Hello,

One of your machines (140.115.111.13) is running our LDM software and
trying to obtain data from our machine thelma.ucar.edu  At this time 
your machine does not have permission to receive any data from us. The
requirement to apply for permission to receive data is that a site is a
education facility or a research facility with special requirements.
Please stop requesting data from thelma or our facility will have to block
your incoming requests.
