LDM feed

Hi Devin, 

A couple weeks ago we had set up a failover feed from typhoon to
vortex.ncacm.nevada.edu....

They would like to change machine names to :

eddy.ncacm.nevada.edu.  Its IP address is 131.216.72.35

Devin, he would like to use you as his primary feed if that is ok.

DRI was not handling all the feed types they desired.

I hope you can do this for them.
