thelma status

Hiya,

thelma was running almost an hour behind at 11:00 MDT.  I stopped,
deleted/remade queue and started the LDM.  It usually takes about 20
minutes to become current. I'm not quite sure of why thelma got behind,
it's usually a fluxion in the internal UCAR network or maintenance
work this morning.
