Jeff, has there been a change to the router or switch that goes into navierldm.meteo.psu.edu From the traceroute supplied by smsu it looks as if a bottleneck occurrs one hop from your LDM machine. If the router or switch has not been changed, have you installed a firewall? Jeff, would you please investigate w/your sys admin. It could greatly enhance your machines performance. By the way, what is the status of ihlseng.ugems.psu.edu ?
