FYI..REGARDING THE EARLIER BUFKIT DATA PROBLEM..
ED MAHONEY AT BUF INDICATED THAT ONLY BUFKIT DATA FOR
02/29 IS MISSING FOR STATIONS WHICH DO NOT HAVE THE Y2K
COMPLIANT VERSION OF GEMPAK RUNNING..THE SOLUTION
IS EITHER TO DOWNLOAD THE Y2K COMPLIANT VERSION OF
GEMPAK OR ELSE TO WAIT FOR 03/01/00Z WHEN THIS PROBLEM
SHOULD CLEAR UP ON ITS OWN.  IN THE MEANTIME BUFKIT
METEOGRAMS ARE STIL AVBL VIA THE NCEP EMC HOMEPAGE AT WEBSITE:
