Subject: routing changes scheduled

Tomorrow morning, between 7:00 and 8:00, I'll fine-tune the routes
used by UCAR routers to send traffic to Abilene, the vBNS and Qwest.
This will affect the path choices made by the routers, and improve the
performance of traffic to some destinations. The effects of this
tuning will not be extensive.
