Hi,

We had a short power outage here last night around 10 UTC.  Everything
looks like it came back okay on its own, except that the ldm queue
appears to have been corrupted.  I deleted and re-made the queue and
data flow appears to have resumed.  

Note: all data during the time that ldm was down was successfully
ingested, and written to disk on unidata.ssec.wisc.edu.
